The Incoming Mail Project is a heartfelt initiative designed to provide emotional support to university students. Through this program, volunteers write personalized, handwritten letters filled with encouragement, positivity, and hope. These letters are sent to students across campus free of cost, offering them a sense of connection and care.
By participating in the Incoming Mail Project, you become part of a movement to fight youth loneliness and promote mental wellness through the power of words--whether by volunteering or signing yourself or a friend up for a letter.
